Phase I Environmental Site Assessments

Our Phase I Environmental Site Assessments generally exceed the ASTM Standards for site assessment; WCE customizes the assessment based on the property and client requirements. Our staff has extensive experience in collecting and reviewing agency documents, aerial photographs historic maps (Sanborn Fire Insurance Maps, topographic maps), archival directories and other historical information essential to evaluating previous land use and identifying environmental liabilities and concerns.


WCE also conducts Preliminary Endangerment Assessments (PEAs) for schools and other public buildings.
