General Plan Amendments and Annexation Assistance

Development projects in California are required to undergo environmental review in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). In addition, projects that fall within the jurisdiction of federal agencies may also require evaluation under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
