Permitting and compliance associated with wastewater and storm water discharges present some of the most complex regulatory issues facing facilities today. Shrinking discharge limits such as those imposed by the California Toxics Rule (CTR) can push treatment technologies to their limit. West Coast Environmental’s experience with evaluating treatment technologies, preparing permit applications and working with local and regional permitting agencies has given us the expertise needed to ensure our clients get the best permit possible. WCE can also provide technical support to facilities for their monitoring needs including evaluation of monitoring results and meeting with regional water boards to discuss and resolve permitting issues.
